An established Amazon brand looking to conquest more category share without blowing up their ad efficiency. They had solid fundamentals but were leaving market share on the table by running ads in too narrow a window with too conservative a targeting strategy.
The Challenge
The brand needed to capture more category sales while preserving low TACOS and ACOS. Their existing ad strategy was too conservative — limited daily ad duration, keyword-only targeting, and no competitive or category conquest campaigns running.
How Skale Approached It
We created a longer sales window by increasing daily ad duration, expanded from keyword-only targeting to category and competitor targeting, and built ASIN-specific budget allocation based on performance history. The results showed up immediately.
