Skale Strategy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website skalestrategy.com and provides Amazon and marketplace advertising management services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

This policy applies to all visitors of our website and to the clients whose advertising accounts we manage on their behalf.

1. Information We Collect

From website visitors

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, phone number, Amazon storefront URL, and any details you include in your message.
  • Analytics data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on pages. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Scheduling data: when you book a call through our scheduling tool, we receive your name, email, and any notes you provide.

From advertising clients

  • Amazon account data: product listings, sales figures, advertising spend, keyword performance, search term reports, and other Seller Central or Vendor Central data that you grant us access to.
  • Google Ads data: we access client advertising data through the Google Ads API for campaign management, reporting, and optimization. This includes campaign metrics, ad performance data, keyword data, audience information, and billing summaries. All Google Ads API usage is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Ads API Terms of Service.
  • Other marketplace data: if you engage us for additional marketplace management (Walmart, Target, etc.), we collect comparable advertising and sales data from those platforms.
  • Business information: company name, billing address, payment details, and contact information for your team members who work with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide free audits you request.
  • Manage and optimize your Amazon, Google Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
  • Generate performance reports and strategic recommendations for your accounts.
  • Process payments and maintain our business relationship with you.
  • Improve our website and services based on how visitors use the site.
  • Send you relevant communications about your account or our services (you can opt out at any time).

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties. Client advertising data is used only to deliver the services you hired us for.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

  • Website form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in secured databases with access restricted to authorized team members.
  • Client advertising data accessed through platform APIs (including the Google Ads API) is stored in access-controlled systems. We use role-based access controls so only the team members working on your account can view your data.
  • Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
  • We retain client data for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months after the engagement ends, unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires longer retention.

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these situations:

  • Service providers: we use tools like Google Analytics, email platforms, CRM software, and scheduling tools that process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Advertising platforms:when managing your campaigns, we interact with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and other platform APIs. Data flows to and from these platforms as required to manage your campaigns. Google Ads data is handled per Google's API Terms of Service.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: if Skale Strategy is acquired or merged with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Google Ads API Usage

Skale Strategy uses the Google Ads API to access and manage client advertising accounts on Google Ads. Specifically, we use the API to:

  • Retrieve campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend.
  • Create, update, and manage campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords on behalf of clients.
  • Generate reporting dashboards and performance summaries for client review.
  • Optimize bidding strategies and budget allocations based on performance data.

We access Google Ads data only for clients who have authorized us to manage their accounts. We do not use Google Ads data for purposes unrelated to the services we provide to the account holder. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics, which collects anonymized usage data.
  • Marketing cookies: used to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns and to understand how visitors arrive at our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect your experience on the site (for example, form submissions may not work correctly).

  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
